QUANTUM SCIO HEALTH CHECK

Health assessment with the Quantum SCIO biofeedback device

The SCIO is a sophisticated, biofeedback system, which is designed for stress detection and stress reduction. It does NOT diagnose any clinical diseases.

The SCIO inventor former NASA scientist, Dr. William Nelson, is a genius of our time. After his own son was born autistic due to pharmaceutical drugs that were prescribed to his wife during her pregnancy, he applied his knowledge of biophysics as well as chemistry and medicine and developed the SCIO. When he saw that the results were excellent he continued developing the device, incorporating in it many of the other modalities of energetic medicine such as acupuncture, bio-feedback, and homeopathy.

The human body is actually a collection of energetic frequencies, and the SCIO measures the frequency of each separate aspect of the body, for example organs, organ functions, blood, spine, emotions, nutrients and stress levels, making it an excellent tool for assessing the body.

It combines the principles of Quantum physics with ultra sophisticated computer software.     What is even more remarkable, once the energetic imbalances are identified the SCIO will produce and send a frequency back into the body that will balance it.Once remembered the body will work to keep itself in a state of balance.

    An initial check-up with the SCIO takes about 1 ½ hours.The actual test only takes 3 minutes and is totally non invasive. You are only required to wear 5 comfortable straps that are around the wrists, ankles and forehead. It will provide the practitioner with information of your overall condition at that time.It can reveal specific stressors which could be the underlying issues surrounding your body's ability to heal, as well as the first steps to bring your body into perfect balance.

    It is then that biofeedback can be applied in order to help correct and reduce the stressors energetically.

    Before the consultation a questionnaire is given to you to complete and bring along. This is to take details of your lifestyle, health and eating habits..

    What is an allergy

    Food Allergies

    A food allergy can be defined as any adverse, and often immediate reaction to food in which the immune system is involved. Symptoms include swollen lips, mouth and tongue, urticaria (rash) and vomiting. These will occur very soon after eating an allergenic food. Shellfish, some berries and peanuts, are the common foods that induce an allergic reaction.

    Food Intolerance

    Food intolerance,symptoms differ in that they appear many hours, even days after eating the offending food.Partially digested food enters the blood stream and triggers an immune reaction. This is different to an allergic reaction and tends to lead to long term problems such as digestive disturbances (indigestion, discomfort, bloating and gas) mouth ulcers, aching joints and muscles, fatigue, headaches/migraine, sinus and mucus problems, , hyperactivity and weight gain and even anxiety and depression. The most common food intolerances are wheat and dairy products.

    WHAT IS STRESS?

    Stress is defined as a nonspecific response of the body to any demand made upon it which results in symptoms such as rise in the blood pressure, release of hormones, quickness of breath, tightening of muscles, perspiration, and increased cardiac activity. Stress is not necessarily negative. Some stress keeps us motivated and alert, while too little stress can create problems. However, too much stress can trigger problems with mental and physical health, particularly over a prolonged period of time. Any experience that taxes an individual’s energy or well-being; stress may be physical, mental, or emotional.

    WHAT MAY BE CONSIDERED “STRESS RELIEF”?

    Anything that relieves mundane stress on a daily basis, such as relaxation, can help. However, Hans Selye, a Hungarian medical scientist, was the first to use the word “stress” in connection with a picture of health wellness. His theory is that when the body reacts to stress, it creates an “alarm” response. That means that your body is in good shape to react accordingly to any given stressor, hopefully appropriately and effectively in ways that relieve it.

    If the stress continues, however, an “adaptation” state may result, where we learn to accommodate or bear the symptoms of stress by adjusting to them. This can, more positively, mean creating an increase in our tolerance to frustration and moving back into the alarm state, which relieves the stress, or, negatively, reacting with an accommodating adjustment that (temporarily) alleviates the pain of the stress but becomes a new holding pattern. If the stress continues even longer, an “exhaustion” state is created that may lead to a considerably weakened system. This alarm / adaptation / exhaustion model fits all forms of stress, whether physical, mental, or emotional.

    Obviously, reducing stress is a key to well-being. Relaxation helps, but how do we know where stress may be hiding in the adapted or exhausted states physically, mentally, and emotionally.
